Antique British Light Cavalry Sword by Robert Klass Solingen with Solingen-Blade
A clean example of an 1870-76 pattern Light Cavalry Officer’s sword, by Solingen-made for the British market.
This early version is of the 1870’s pattern sword
This gorgeous Victorian light cavalry officer’s sword retailed by Solingen, with a very nice blade extremely sharp. The hilt and scabbard of this sword are in reasonable good condition, for the last 150 years with only minor pitting to the blade and scabbard. The hilt is solid on the tang and while it has had the grip wire replaced, the shagreen is in good condition.
